Our check in time starts at 15:00 pm and check out time is at 10:00 am. チェックインは15:00から、チェックアウトは10:00までです。

Our room is usually ready 1 hour before check in time but may not be possible for some circumstances. One hour before check in is free but earlier than that will cost a charge and depends on the availability of the room. 通常お部屋はチェックイン時刻の１時間前には準備致しておりますが、その時の状況によりましては出来ないこともございます。　１時間以内の早めのチェックインは無料ですが、１時間以上前の場合には利用状況次第ですが有料となります。

Yes, you can possibly store your luggage at our front desk before check in and after check out. はい、フロントデスクにチェックイン前やチェックアウト後に荷物を預けて頂けます。

Yes, you can send your luggages in our hotel before your check in date. Please write the eaxct name you used in your reservation so we can easily identify it is your luggages. はい、結構です。 その際には、お客様の荷物であることを確認しやすいように、御予約に使用された正確な名前を記入して下さい。

We are very sorry that we do not serve breakfast but there are some restaurants nearby that serves breakfast. 申し訳ございませんが朝食の提供は致しておりません。しかし、近くには朝食を召し上がれるレストラン等が幾つかございます。

Yes, we have 6 free parking space for our guest but it is in first come first serve basis and we are very sorry that we do not accept any reservation. はい、お客様用に６台分の無料駐車場を御用意致しております。ご使用は先着順とさせて頂いており、ご予約は承っておりません。

We currently do not provide bicycle rentals. If you need assistance finding nearby rental shops, please feel free to ask us. 自転車の貸し出しは現在行っておりません。近隣のレンタル店をご案内できますので、お気軽にお声がけください。

All our rooms are non smoking room but we have a designated space for smoking located at 4th floor and 1st floor. 生憎、全室禁煙とさせて頂いておりますが、１階と４階の屋外に喫煙スペースを設けさせて頂いております。

We currently do not provide room wear. If needed, please bring your own. 当ホテルではルームウェアのご用意はございません。ご必要な場合はご持参ください。
