Notice of Change to Cleaning Policy

Thank you for choosing HOTEL PAGODA.
As part of our commitment to sustainability and our SDGs initiatives, we have updated our room cleaning procedures effective May 8, 2023.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to reduce our environmental impact.

■ Cleaning Policy for Private Rooms

  • Guest rooms are generally cleaned once every two days during your stay.

  • If you prefer daily cleaning or do not require cleaning on certain days, please inform the front desk in advance.

  • Requests for cleaning must be made by 11:00 AM on the same day.

  • Cleaning is carried out between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  • If you require a towel change, please notify the front desk in advance. Fresh towels will be provided and hung on your door handle.

  • For stays of five (5) consecutive nights or more, cleaning may be performed during your stay for hygiene reasons.

 

■ Cleaning Policy for Dormitory Rooms

  • Bed linens are not changed during your stay as a standard policy.

  • Shared areas (showers, toilets, and floors) are cleaned between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

  • If you require a linen change due to special circumstances, please consult the front desk.

  • If you wish to replace your towels, please notify the front desk in advance.

  • Requests for cleaning must be made by 11:00 AM on the same day.

  • For guests staying five (5) consecutive nights or more, bed linens may be changed for hygiene purposes.
